LB therapy has been effective in improving the current motor capability of MS patients in our clinic. The precise regimen of therapy depends on the symptoms the patient shows. In general we are less demanding e.g. dont walk with high speed but stick to the patient`s over ground speed. Rules of spinal locomotion are often effective.
