We will roughly describe the way LBT works and have a brief glimpse on why it does so.

Valutation

Laufband therapy is neither suited for every case of rehabilitation after spinal cord injuries, nor will it have satisfactory effects in case of complete paralysis. In order to valutate the chances and to determine whether or not a patient might profit from LBT, we have developed a questionnaire, which interested persons can fill in and send to us electronically. It is available in English, Italian, and German.
The personal and medical data provided thus will allow Dr A. Wernig, MD to judge the situation and the chances of a possible therapy.
Unless Dr. Wernig responds by e-mail, you are invited to call two weeks after you sent us your questionnaire.
