Results of single-agent and combination chemotherapy for advanced soft tissue sarcomas. Implications for decision making in the clinic.

Demetri GD, Elias AD

Cytotoxic chemotherapy remains the principal modality of treating advanced or unresectable sarcomas of soft tissue. This article summarizes the results of single agent and combination chemotherapy trials for soft tissue sarcomas. (123 Refs)
